HX Agriculture receives Taizhou delegation

In December 2018 HX Agriculture has received a contract to develop an Agro park in the City of Taizhou in Jiangsu province in China. After months of project preparations the Taizhou government planned a visit to the Netherlands and Germany to gain knowledge of the projects progress. HX was honoured to receive the delegation on the 22nd of April 2019 to showcase the possibilities of the Dutch horticultural industry and discuss the future of the Taizhou Jiangsu Agropark.

HX received the delegation at our main office in Maarssen followed by visits to several horticultural suppliers and growers in the Netherlands and Germany. Freshteq China also displayed the strength of cooperation in the sector and followed by the Taizhou government signing a cooperation agreement with the Lansingerland municipality.

The successful visit of the Mayor of the Hailing district of Taizhou has strengthened the relationship between HX Agriculture and the Taizhou government which will fully support the project and we will be able to realise a sustainable project in China together. We are proud to receive our Chinese friends in the Netherlands and we will start construction of the agro park in September 2019.
