Interview HX Agriculture's Mr Lin in Grand Canal media

China is moving from the completion stage of precise poverty alleviation to a new historical stage: to consolidate the results of poverty alleviation and realize rural revitalization!

China is also moving from a large agricultural country to an agricultural power.

Many of us may think that the modernization of agriculture is nothing more than large-scale farming, mechanization of agricultural farming, and digitization of planting. In fact, as the population grows, the contradiction between food demand, production and supply and the ecological environment will become increasingly prominent. Agriculture needs a revolutionary change to adapt to and meet the physical needs of mankind in the future.

The Dutch PIB implements the Agricultural International Cooperation Alliance, which is to shoulder such a mission to participate in this agricultural industrialization revolution in China. The Dutch Hafnium Agricultural Investment Management Co., Ltd., as a core member of the Dutch PIB Alliance, is responsible for promoting the construction of an agricultural industrial cluster with a sustainable development model in China. We will work with the Chinese government and business institutions to create conditions to guide the Dutch agricultural industry’s technology and industrial chain, and to transfer to China in an organic way. On the basis of mutual benefit, we will jointly implement an industrialized agricultural reform and realize the modernization of China’s agriculture Change lanes and overtake, and jointly contribute to safeguarding the world's food needs.

Our model is to first select a place as a leading support point for the development of a regional agricultural industrial cluster, export talents, technology, equipment and financial services, and then lay out relevant agricultural production areas in the surrounding areas like the layout of satellite towns. Form cluster benefits. In this way, traditional agriculture is plugged into the wings of science and technology, to realize that one mu of land will produce the traditional output of 20 mu of land and 30 times the economic benefits, effectively saving our land and water resources, and realizing the storage of grain in the fields. The country's food and oil safety contributes to our strength. Through the quality brand effect and controllable international production standards, the order-based production model can allow our Chinese agricultural products to enter the world's circulation field, obtain pricing power and bargaining power, and allow farmers' income to be released and driven by industrial clusters. , Reaching an increase of 10 times and 20 times, helping rural revitalization.

The Dutch PIB Facility Agriculture International Cooperation Alliance has a complete industrial cluster layout in China, and each industrial cluster has its own focus. For example, flowers are mainly used in Kunming, leafy vegetables are mainly used in East China, sauces are mainly used in North China, economic crops are mainly used in Central China, seedlings are mainly used in Southwest China, and livestock breeding is used in Inner Mongolia. Class-oriented. At present, the leading support point of industrial clusters that has been completed and put into use is Shanghai Chongming Sino-Dutch Agricultural Demonstration Park. There are Zhejiang Jiashan Sino-Dutch Agricultural Science and Technology Innovation Park, and Sino-Dutch Recycling Agriculture and Animal Husbandry Technology Cooperation Demonstration Park in Balinzuo Banner, Inner Mongolia. There are Zhejiang Quzhou Digital Agricultural Technology Innovation Demonstration Park, Anqing Sino-Dutch Smart Agricultural Technology Cooperation Demonstration Park in Anqing, Anhui, and Sino-Dutch Green Agricultural Financial Technology Cooperation Center in Tianfu New District, Sichuan.

To build a modern agricultural industrial cluster, the most important core is to have a complete technological chain and financial chain. In order to integrate the fragmented land resources of farmers, enhance its value, and allow farmers to fully share the land dividend, it calls for innovation in the agricultural industry structure and finance. Modern agricultural clusters with a benign ecological chain provide a new investment field for China's finance and will promote the innovation and innovation of China's agricultural green finance.

What revolution will this new type of modern agricultural cluster bring to Chinese agriculture and rural areas?

The first is to change the quality and pattern of agriculture. For example, in China's northern ecological barrier, Inner Mongolia, we have changed the quality of animal husbandry. In the vast western regions such as Inner Mongolia, the traditional farming and pastoral methods require cattle and sheep to be transferred and the supply of forage is needed. We can continuously produce nutrient-rich grass fodder through factory-based forage planting, and cattle and sheep no longer need to be transferred. At the same time, the waste-to-energy technology is used to provide the necessary energy for the marine fish desalination/precision planting of the animal husbandry industry clusters, to achieve a 365-day supply of agricultural products throughout the year, to achieve a true circular agriculture, effectively protect the ecological environment and reduce carbon emission. Therefore, modern industrialized agriculture has changed the production methods of planting, animal husbandry, and aquaculture, and has reshaped the overall pattern of agriculture.

The second is to reshape China's rural ecology. Now China has moved from poverty alleviation to a historic stage of rural revitalization. This sustainable industrialized agricultural production model will completely change the state of Chinese farmers’ dependence on arable land, and farmers will naturally become industrial workers. The residential layout of farmers will also change accordingly. In the tide of rural revitalization, China's rural pattern and rural ecology have been reshaped. This will make an important contribution to poverty alleviation and consolidation of the results of poverty alleviation, and to achieve true rural revitalization and sustainable development.

Jiangsu Province is China’s most important economic region. Our layout in Jiangsu began as early as 20 years ago. We started exploring the industrialization of China’s agriculture in Yixing. The Modern Agricultural Industrial Park in Hailing District, Taizhou has tried to cooperate with the government. In the next step, we will choose to build a Sino-Dutch agricultural cooperation center with industrial clusters, cultural and technological exchanges and corporate operation headquarters in Yangzhou, the most beautiful city in Jiangsu, on the bank of the ancient canal in China, and an international green agricultural meeting room.

The World Canal Ancient Town Cooperation Mechanism Conference was held in Yangzhou. The ancient canal town is a product of the Chinese Grand Canal culture and plays an important role in the national strategy of the Grand Canal Cultural Belt. The ancient canal town is also an important terminal carrier for rural revitalization. We have had many contacts with WCCO Secretary-General Deng Qing in the early stage. The next step is to focus on the United Nations 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development. With the help of the World Canal Cooperation Mechanism Conference, we are very willing to combine the sustainable development of agricultural technology in the Netherlands. The resources of the industrial chain are shared with the ancient canal towns along the 1,800 kilometers of the Grand Canal in China, breaking through the bottleneck of agricultural industry development, and jointly realizing the revival and sustainable development of the ancient town of the Grand Canal.
